Sorbitol 70% is a clear and colorless liquid in form. Our Sorbitol 70% meets the requirements of the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and has many uses. In medical application, Sorbitol can be used as a laxative. In food applications, Sorbitol 70% is often used as a bulk sweetener and is about 60% as sweet as sucrose (table sugar). Sorbitol 70% is also used in cosmetics as a thickener or humectant.
