Hand and Body Lotion Formula

DESCRIPTION:
This hand and body lotion is formulated with plant-based, mild ingredients to hydrate and nourish. Multifunctional Cola®Teric STA is highlighted as the feature ingredient, providing emulsification and skin conditioning properties. This formulation is suitable for all skin types. Use daily to combat dryness and reveal healthy, silky skin.

PROCEDURE:
1. In the primary vessel, combine ingredients 1 – 2. Mix until well dispersed.
2. Add ingredient 3 to adjust pH 8.5. Mix for 30 minutes or util fully hydrated.
3. Heat to 70 – 75°C, then add ingredients 4 – 5.
4. In a separate vessel, combine ingredients 6 – 10 and heat to 70 – 75°C. Once melted and uniform, add to the primary vessel.
5. At 45 – 50°C, add ingredients 11 – 12. Mix at temperature until uniform, then fill.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:
Massage onto clean skin. Avoid contact with eyes.

Appearance: White Cream
pH: 4.5 – 5.5
Viscosity (T-E, 6 rpm): 40,000 – 50,000 cP
Solids: 17.0 – 18.0%
