Shipping Policies

Please be assured that your items will ship out within twenty-four to forty-eight (24 - 48) hours of purchase.

Deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Overnight and Express shipping options are available as options in the checkout process.

Free Shipping

When you place an order using free shipping, we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination.

Faster paid shipping option charges are determined by the total weight of your order and shipping location.

We may upgrade your free shipping method due to product value or fragility.

FedEx Ground Shipping

FedEx will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed FedEx size or weight limits, LTL freight will be selected to speed delivery to you.

LTL Freight Shipments

All LTL shipments are scheduled to deliver between the hours of 8:00am - 3:00pm per industry standard guidelines.

Order Tracking

As soon as we ship your order, we’ll send you an email with the shipment tracking number so you can track your package. You can also always call (305) 499-9816 or contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

To track your recent orders, you must login into your account and check your recent orders. There you will find order tracking information if your order has been processed for shipment.

Estimated date of delivery is calculated on the website at the time of placing your order and depends on your choice of shipping method.

Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

High Value Orders

We recommend you call to discuss large orders as both product and shipping discounts may apply.

Hazardous Shipments

The majority of our products are non-hazardous and are shipped by ground or air.

Hazardous products are shipped through a common carrier freight line.
